A Real Estate Sales Consultant, or Property Consultant, provides clients with assistance throughout the buying and selling process of properties. Their duties include providing consulting services, performing market analysis, and helping clients find the best properties to invest in. We are looking for a charismatic property consultant in our Property Plateau family who can help clients buy, sell, and rent property with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Assist buyers and sellers in the marketing and purchasing of real estate property at the best prices and with the best terms.
- Estimate the property value through skillful comparative market analysis.
- Develop a business network with real estate developers.
- Generate revenue for the company.
- Reaching out to clients, presenting suitable products as per the client's preferences.
- Cold calling for lead generation.
- Visit various project sites across designated areas to study projects.
- Analyze market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas.
Qualifications
- Any Graduates / Fresher Invited
- Must have completed a Bachelor's Degree.
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate properties for clients.
- Thorough attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
