Responsibilities

    Generating Leads

    • Identify potential clients through various channels.
    • Maintain a database of leads and follow up with prospects regularly.
    • Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers.

    Cold Calling

    • Reach out to potential clients via phone to introduce them to our services and properties.
    • Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into customers.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

    Handling Customers (CSM)

    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
    • Provide personalized assistance and address customer concerns effectively.

    Providing Information Related to Properties

    • Offer detailed and accurate information about the properties, including pricing, features, and availability.
    • Keep up-to-date with the latest property listings and market trends.
    • Assist customers in understanding the buying process and financing options.

    Giving Virtual Tours of Properties

    • Conduct virtual property tours for prospective buyers using video conferencing tools.
    • Highlight the unique features and benefits of each property.
    • Answer any questions the clients may have during the virtual tour.

Qualifications

  • Any Graduates / Fresher Invited
